My first trip to Cambodia in 2007 opened my eyes to Cambodian Modernism, which was unknown to me until then. I was fascinated by the individuality of this architecture and immediately began to research it. My first publication on Cambodia’s modernist architecture was then published by German online architecture magazine BauNetz.
